About Polly
Polly Gibson DipWSET is a Certified Wine Educator, Presenter, and Wine Judge. She is Regional Director of the UK Sommelier Academy (UKSA) in the south and founder of Wine With Polly, a wine events company based in West Berkshire. Holding a degree in Horticulture, she also works in an advisory capacity to Winding Wood, a multi award-winning biodynamic vineyard near Hungerford, and is writing her first book on the subject of wine tourism in England.
Having trained hundreds of students, including some of the UK's top Sommeliers, she is highly qualified in both knowledge and tasting ability, but also knows that wine doesn't have to be intimidating. Wine is about stories, people, and culture. Something we all share, and something we can all enjoy.
