With an ‘open forum’ approach to the subject, Polly’s tastings are informed but informal, never stuffy, and always convivial.
Encouraging guest interaction and discourse, wines are presented with stories and fun-facts interwoven, bringing everyday context to the subject whilst encouraging appreciation.
Having curated events across a broad range of scenarios, from private parties to competitive tastings with the likes of Morgan Stanley and Maserati, Polly’s experience means she is perfectly placed to deliver a personalised and sociable wine event, whatever the brief.
