Polly is not only a seasoned event host, but has also trained hundreds of students, including some of the UK's top Sommeliers.
With expert-level knowledge and tasting ability (but still a sense of humour), she works with the belief that wine should never be intimidating. Wine is about stories, people, and culture. Something we can all share, and something we can all enjoy.
